I am one of two full-time and three part-time Speech/Language Pathologists in North Canton Schools. You will find me at St. Paul School on Mondays and Wednesdays and Clearmount Elementary School on Tuesdays,Thursdays and Fridays.
I have been a SLP since graduating from Ohio University in 1976. I have worked in a variety of settings including Nelsonville-York Schools (in southeastern Ohio), Stark County Educational Service Center (implementing a program called 'Language Through The Auditory Channel, across the 12 districts in Stark County), Perry Local Schools, and Northwest Local Schools. I have been in North Canton for 15 years.
I have a husband and three children: a 28-year old son, in Columbus; a 27-year old daughter in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and a 21-year old daughter who is a senior at Ohio University, majoring in International Business/Spanish/MIS.
I spend a great deal of time exercising for health related issues, so you can find me walking in the early hours of the morning, doing water aerobics, pilates, and bicycling.
