• Open the spreadsheet to be seen by the entire class, or have individual students open it at their own computers.
• The spreadsheet will allow the user to enter data and labels for up to 8 items, while dynamically updating the bar graph.
• Begin by replacing the labels in the table with the words you want.
• Next replace the data in the table with the values you want
• As you wish you can click on and change the "Chart Title", "Data" title, and "Labels" title in the graph.
• This is a good way to generate a quick graph in class, or have younger children make graphs who are not as comfortable with Excel.
